Filament PLA Magic Silk is a 3D printing filament based on PLA-Silk. Why is it so special?
It is the parallel combination of three colours in a single filament, made by co-extrusion process. The finished 3D prints shimmer with colours creating ‘magical’ visual effects. 3D model prints with a complex, irregular structure with many details have the most impressive look.

PLA Magic Silk can be printed using the same settings as PLA Starter. The print speed doesn’t need to be lowered. The filament is glossy already on the spool. The gloss does not develop during printing. Because of that PLA Magic Silk allows for printing in wide range od temperatures.
PLA Magic Silk is characterized by low shrinkage and no unpleasant odor. Printouts made from PLA Magic Silk have great interlayer adhesion and very good reproduction of details.
Recommended printing parameters:
- extruder temperature: 195-225°C
- bed temperature: 40-60 °C
- cooling: 50-100%
Filament does not require a heated bed or chamber. In case of problems with adhesion, we recommend the use of an adhesive agent.
