Description
PET-G HT (High Temperature) filament is an innovative material dedicated to 3D printing in FDM technology, developed on the basis of co-polyester, which is dedicated to advanced applications. Compared to PET-G Standard HS, PET-G HT is distinguished by its increased resistance to thermal factors – it is characterised by its higher glass transition temperature and thermal deformation temperature. It is the ideal choice for the production of functional parts that need to withstand high temperatures without deformation.
PET-G HT filament is an excellent choice for projects requiring not only durability but also safety. Its use is safe for food contact, making it suitable for both domestic use and a wide range of commercial applications. PET-G HT filament is also easy to use and does not emit an unpleasant, irritating odour during printing. This makes it an excellent choice for 3D printers in confined spaces such as offices or homes.
RECOMMENDED PRINTING PARAMETERS OF PET-G HT
- extruder temperature: 240-270°C
- bed temperature: 70-90°C
- print cooling: 0-40% (dependent on model geometry)
*Drying is required before each printing (70°C per 6-8 hours)
The above parameters are only recommended print settings for this material. To achieve optimum print quality, it is recommended to adapt the settings to the specifications of the particular printer and the prevailing printing conditions.
