R-PLA is a recycled filament that has been created with the environment in mind.
The R series of materials is an expression of our care for the environment and making 3D printing as nature-friendly as possible. Following the ZeroWaste principle – we precisely collect and sort our production waste to give it new life. The shredded waste is then subjected to blending, drying, refining and re-extrusion. The result of these procedures is a high-quality R-Filament that is free of contamination and easy to print.
R-PLA is characterised by ease of printing, good interlayer adhesion and low shrinkage – similar to PLA from raw material.
Production batches of R-PLA can vary in colour intensity from dark grey through graphite to anthracite black.
Due to the origin of the material for the product, we cannot guarantee constant availability of the product on offer – quantities may be limited.

Recommended printing parameters:
- extruder temperature: 200-230°C
- bed temperature: 40-60 °C
- print cooling: 50-100%
Filament does not require a heated bed or chamber. In case of problems with adhesion, we recommend the use of an adhesive agent. It is recommended to enable print cooling. Fan speed should be adjusted according to printer capabilities and geometry of the printed object.
