ABS (poly(acrylonitrile-co-butadiene-co-styrene)) V0 FR from ROSA3D is a material for technical applications. It has very good mechanical properties and is resistant to moisture, heat and UV radiation. Addition of flame retardant (FR) additives significantly reduces its ability to ignite. Because of these properties it is perfect for all applications where thermal resistance is required or there is a risk of fire. ABS V0 FR was designed for use in the electrical, electronic, automotive industries and outdoor applications. It is suitable for printing contacts, electrical boxes, sensor housings and electronic equipment.

Please note that during printing material emits an unpleasant odour and harmful fumes. For this reason, the printing process should take place in a well-ventilated room.

Recommended printing parameters:

• extruder temperature: 220-260°C
• bed temperature: 80-110°C
• print speed: 50-60 mm/s

Heated bed and chamber recommended. In case of problems with adhesion, we recommend the use of an adhesive agent. It is recommended to enable print cooling. Fan speed should be adjusted according to printer capabilities and geometry of the printed object.
